Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher for a full-time role in Gurnee, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement individualized education plans for students.
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and other stakeholders to support student learning.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students.
  • Track and report on student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Illinois Special Education Teacher Certification.
  • Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
