Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Create and adapt instructional materials to meet the varying needs of students.
Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs in both special education and inclusive settings.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
Utilize a variety of instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
State certification in Special Education.
Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the individual needs of each student.
