Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time position with a school district in the McVeytown, PA area. We are seeking compassionate and skilled educators dedicated to providing exceptional support and instruction to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Support students in achieving their academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Foster a safe, positive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
