Special Education Teacher Position - Now Hiring

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with a local School District, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid state SPED teaching license.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
