Requirements:

  • Valid Wisconsin teaching license with Special Education endorsement
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique strengths and challenges.
  • Provide differentiated instruction and support to meet the diverse learning needs of students across various grade levels.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to create a cohesive and inclusive learning community.
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies and resources to promote student engagement, academic achievement, and social-emotional development.
