Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide instructional support to students with diverse learning abilities.

• Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with special education regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
• Connecticut State Certification in Special Education.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
