Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work with students who have a wide range of learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. The goal is to help students achieve their maximum potential through tailored education plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure IEP goals are met.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs.
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain accurate records.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Utilize various teaching strategies to support student engagement and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• State certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Professional references are required.
