We are partnering with a school in the Twin Falls, Idaho area to find a full-time, on-site, contracted Special Education Teacher (SPED) for the full 2024-2025 school year. About the Position:

  • 08/21/2024 - 05/30/2025
  • Full-time / 37.5 hours a week
  • Pay Range: $30 - 40 an hour, depending on previous experience
  • Multiple caseloads available: Middle School Resource or Elementary Behavior needs
  • Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP s) tailored to each student s needs.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans to accommodate varying learning styles.
  • Monitor and track student progress; communicate progress to parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes student engagement, motivation, and self-confidence.
  • Implement behavior management strategies and support students in developing social skills.

Required Credentials:

  • Must have a valid Exceptional Child Certificate with Generalist K-12 endorsement
  • Must have Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Special Education, or related field
