Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher who is enthusiastic about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborating with colleagues and parents, and employing innovative teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute individualized education plans for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess student progress and adjust educational strategies accordingly.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
• Employ various instructional techniques and technologies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and administrators regarding student progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching license/certification in Special Education.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
