• 1x Middle grade levels at Middle School.

Job Description:

We are seeking two highly motivated and qualified Specialized Learning Teachers (Intervention Specialists) to join our team in Springfield, OH. Intervention Specialists provide individualized and small group instruction to students with a variety of learning needs, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and ADHD.

As an Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Providing direct instruction to students in small groups or individually
• Collaborating with classroom teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for all students
• Monitoring student progress and making adjustments to IEPs as needed
• Communicating regularly with parents and guardians

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Valid SPED Certification
• 3+ years of experience teaching students with learning disabilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
