• Assess students’ skills and design tailored IEPs to support their academic and developmental goals.
• Update IEPs throughout the year based on students' performance and progress.
• Collaborate with parents, counselors, and school administrators to discuss student progress and challenges.
• Foster a nurturing learning environment by teaching and mentoring students in various settings.

Caseload details:

• Providing services in a self-contained environment with 4-5 students in the classroom at a time. The classroom has a designated paraprofessional in the room. The total caseload would be around 12 students (subject to change). The students are primarily in grades K-4 with disability categories of developmental delay, intellectual disability, and autism.
