Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Facilitator to support a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Delaware and Blackford counties, Muncie, IN. This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about assisting students with their speech and language development by facilitating virtual therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students during virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Set up and manage technology for online sessions.
• Ensure students stay engaged and follow therapy activities.
• Collaborate with the Virtual SLP to implement therapy plans.
• Provide feedback and observations to the SLP regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology and virtual learning platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and students.
