Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing high-quality speech and language services. This is a contract position based in California.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans and activities.
• Assist in the assessment of students' speech and language abilities.
• Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions as directed by the SLP.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress.

Requirements:

• SLPA license in the state of California.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
