Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced School SLPAs for a full-time role with school districts in the Eufaula, AL area. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting students' communication and educational success in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with communication challenges under the guidance of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Assist in implementing speech-language therapy plans and integrating them with classroom activities.
  • Support both individual and group therapy sessions to enhance student communication skills.
  • Help with screening, evaluation, and documentation of student progress.
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support and follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
