Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create supportive learning environments.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an educational setting.
• Must meet all federal and state requirements for licensing and certifications.
• Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
