Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Elizabethtown, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and monitor personalized goals for students.
• Provide direct therapy and interventions in both individual and group settings.
• Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students in meeting their educational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.
• Must meet all federal and state licensing and certification requirements.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
