Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a school district in Dudley, MA, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join their team for a full-time position. Position: SLP / SLPA
Location: Dudley, MA

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and achievement.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert guidance on communication needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as an SLP or SLPA in a school or clinical setting.
• Must meet all federal and state requirements for licensure and certification.
• Strong ability to assess, treat, and support a wide range of speech and language challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
