Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time position within schools located in the Lincoln, NE area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the communication needs of students while adhering to all local and state requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Nebraska
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based therapy services

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of students' communication skills
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
  • Providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Monitoring and documenting progress toward goals
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
