Speech Language Pathologist Needed in Allentown, PA School

Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Allentown, PA

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated SLP to join our team and provide essential speech and language services to students. Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
Provide direct therapy to students, either individually or in group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals within the classroom and at home.
Utilize assistive technology and other tools to enhance communication skills.
Monitor and document student progress through regular evaluations.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
Provide training to teachers and other school staff on strategies to support students with speech and language needs.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
