Speech Language Pathologist Needed in Euclid, OH - School Position

Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Euclid, OH

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated SLP to join our team, providing essential services to support students' communication and language development. Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
Utilize assistive technology and other tools to support communication goals
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals
Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with school-age children is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development
