Speech Language Pathologist Needed in Eufaula, AL - School Contract

Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Eufaula, AL

As an SLP, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language needs of students, contributing to their overall academic success. Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Utilize assistive technology and other tools to enhance communication.
Provide training to teachers and other school staff on strategies to support students with speech and language needs.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Alabama state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to tailor interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.
