Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
Utilize assistive technology and adaptive materials to enhance students' communication skills.
Monitor and report on students' progress.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Provide training and support to teachers and school staff on strategies for promoting communication skills.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and their treatments.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
