Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Blazerworks, in partnership with the South Bend School District, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language difficulties
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Attend meetings and participate in the IEP (Individualized Education Program) process

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
