Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hour
Hours per Week: 35-40 hours

Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This role involves providing speech and language services to students across multiple grade levels. You will collaborate closely with support staff, including Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), who are present at all school sites to assist in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Perform evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language impairments.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Participate in IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.

Student Population and Setting:

• Grade Levels: Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade, with the possibility of serving high school students (to be discussed during the interview).
• Types of Disabilities: Varied speech and language impairments.
