Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in a K-12 educational setting. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CDE Licensure and possess a passion for helping students develop their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert guidance on speech and language services.

Requirements:

• Valid CDE Licensure.

• Experience working with K-12 students (preferred).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: Starting at $40/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
