Starting Pay: $40/hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in a K-12 educational setting. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CDE Licensure and possess a passion for helping students develop their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert guidance on speech and language services.
Requirements:
Valid CDE Licensure.
Experience working with K-12 students (preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation: Starting at $40/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
