Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Delaware (serving two buildings across middle and high school)
Caseload: Middle and High School Students

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team in Delaware. This role involves managing a middle and high school caseload across two school buildings, providing direct services, assessments, and support to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
• Provide therapy sessions aligned with students' needs and educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and assessments.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulations in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• State licensure or certification to practice as an SLP in Delaware.
• Experience working with middle and high school students preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
