Speech-Language Pathologist – Part-Time – Lexington, NC

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a part-time position with a school district in the Lexington, NC area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who meet all state and local requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certification: Must hold an active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Experience: Previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting is required
• Must meet all North Carolina state and local requirements to work in a school setting

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
