Speech Language Pathologist

Caseload details will be discussed on the virtual interview.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ specific communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices to improve their speech and language skills.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational staff to integrate speech and language goals into the students’ academic programs.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss students’ progress, share strategies for supporting their development at home, and address any concerns.
  • Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology and education.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active SLP State License - CCC
  • Must have Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
