Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Allentown, PA

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Allentown, PA, to fill a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the current school year. This role is split between two buildings: an Elementary School and an Early Childhood Center, located right next to each other.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2025
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week (8:15 AM – 3:45 PM)
• Pay Rate: Starting at $46/hour
• Renewal Opportunity: Based on performance and district needs for the following school year

Daily Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and services provided
• Split time between the Elementary School and Early Childhood Center

Qualifications

• Active PA Speech-Language Pathology License required
• All PA school clearances must be completed within one calendar year of the start date
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
