Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in Ridgecrest, CA. This position offers the flexibility of working onsite or virtually (VOCO).

Caseload Details:

• 42 middle school students with mixed severity levels.
• 7 home-schooled students in grades TK-5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation, utilizing SEIS for case management.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license and CCC certification (required).
• Prior school-based experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in SEIS is essential.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate: $60 - $75/hour (based on experience and qualifications).
