Blazer Jobs is actively recruiting for a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position for the current school year in Tampa, FL. The role is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students while receiving competitive pay and professional support. The position involves working across multiple schools within the district.

Position Overview:

• Work Hours: 7.5-hour days; 37.5 hours per week
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across a variety of settings, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student goals.

Specific Schools & Coverage:

• Durant High: 3 days/week
• Plant City High: 2 days/week
• Coleman (4 days) and Wilson Middle (1 day): April 2 through the end of the school year
• Ruskin Elementary: 5 days/week starting March 1, 2025
• Thonotosassa Elementary: 4 days/week, starting January for 8 weeks (pending coverage)
• Simmons Career/ESC: 1 day/week in January for 8 weeks (will accept Clinical Fellows, but they must provide their own supervision)
