Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job in Chester, PA

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team with a school district in Chester, PA . This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Washington State SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
