Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opportunity

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in Columbus, Georgia. This role provides a meaningful opportunity to enhance students' communication skills, empowering them to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
• Provide training and resources to educators and parents on speech-language development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Georgia state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
