Blazer Jobs is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Monroe, NC. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to students in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure progress toward therapy goals.
• Document student progress and update IEPs as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active North Carolina SLP license.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or in a school setting.
