We are seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for a K-12 caseload in Crestline, CA. This position focuses on assessing and treating students with communication disorders to support their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech-language goals into the classroom environment.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans.
  • Educate school staff on strategies to support students with speech and language needs.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and special education services.
