Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Rohnert Park, CA Employment Type: Full-Time

Blazerworks, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Rohnert Park, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs) and adhering to state and federal guidelines
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
• Develop and implement effective therapy plans and interventions tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language development
• Monitor student progress, track data, and adjust therapy plans as necessary
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff on speech and language strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children is advantageous
• Familiarity with special education procedures and IEP development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
