Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ specific communication needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices to improve their speech and language skills.
Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational staff to integrate speech and language goals into the students’ academic programs.
Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss students’ progress, share strategies for supporting their development at home, and address any concerns.
Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology and education.
Qualifications:
Must have an active SLP State License - CCC
Must have Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
