Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position within school districts in the Loveland, CO area. We are looking for experienced professionals who are dedicated to supporting students' communication needs and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.

Position Overview: 

• Location: Loveland, CO
• Job Type: Full-time contract

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each student.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure consistent support for students.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language impairments.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations on speech and language goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure the achievement of student goals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current Colorado licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.

Requirements:

• Colorado Department of Education license as an SLP.
• Successful completion of background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Adherence to all state and federal regulations governing the practice of speech-language pathology.
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and other educational frameworks.
