Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Belmont, just a 20 minute drive from Palo ALto. This role involves working on-site, supporting PreK students at an elementary school with both assessments and direct services. You will work closely with students with mild, moderate, and severe disabilities, providing 1:1 and small group interventions. The position also requires collaboration with a team of educators and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and implement IEP goals and objectives for students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Provide direct services to students in both individual and small group settings.
• Work with students who have mild, moderate, and severe disabilities.
• Support PreK students with assessment and direct services.
• Manage a caseload of up to 45 students (currently 5 PreK students with several initial assessments pending).

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Experience with writing IEP goals and conducting assessments.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
