Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time contract role in a school-based setting in Jesup, GA. We are currently conducting open interviews for this position.


  • Valid Georgia state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Current state teaching certification or eligibility
  • Experience with special education students and families is highly preferred


  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language difficulties
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in educational settings
  • Attend and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on strategies for supporting students with speech and language needs
