Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Greenville, SC
Dates: ASAP - May 23, 2025
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload/Details:

  • Caseload of approximately 45 students, including a multi-categorical self-contained class.
  • Includes providing speech services to students at a nearby group home. Historically, no more than 5 students have required services at the group home, and they tend to be transient, as the goal is to transition them back to their homes.
  • The role involves delivering speech therapy based on students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conducting assessments, and monitoring student progress.

Special Requirements:

  • Active SC SLP license required.
  • Will consider SLP-CFYs but cannot support the supervision requirements of a SLPA.

As an SLP, you will assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students, ensuring that they have the necessary support to succeed academically. You will work closely with other educational professionals and families to tailor individual treatment plans for each student, providing services that align with their specific educational needs.
