Job Description:
Make a difference in Willimantic, CT, by:

• Guiding students in small groups to reinforce key academic skills.
• Assisting with classroom behavioral management and creating a positive environment.
• Helping teachers administer and correct assessments and classroom activities.
• Participating in IEP processes and supporting individualized learning plans.
• Supporting students in non-instructional areas like lunch or study hall supervision.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of a background check and fingerprinting (as required by the district).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a state-approved assessment demonstrating your ability to assist with reading, writing, and mathematics.
