Student Success Specialist - Special Education (St. Paul, MN)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic team for the new school year. In this role, you will work with students with diverse learning needs, providing individualized support and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Create engaging and adaptive lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed to ensure academic success.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to support student development.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress, including IEP documentation.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Provide training and resources to staff and parents on strategies to support students with special needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student progress and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Current MN State Certification in Special Education.
• Must Hold MN Teaching License.
