Job Responsibilities:  

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision 

  • Support students with autism and special needs in the classroom 

  • Collect and document behavioral data 

  • Foster a safe, positive learning environment 

Requirements: 

  • Active RBT certification required 

  • Experience working with children preferred 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
