Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role within school districts in the Monroe, MI area. If you are passionate about helping students achieve their communication and language goals, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students with special needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered.
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
