This is a rewarding, full-time role in a special education setting, where you will play a vital part in supporting the educational and developmental goals of students with special needs.

General Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, adapting materials, and maintaining an inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct support to individual students, addressing their unique academic, social, and emotional needs.
• ABA - Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies to promote positive student engagement and behavior management.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of experience working with children in a special education or related setting is required.
