Travel Assignment - Cleveland Education Diagnostician

Full time or part time

Requirements:  Bilingual . Onsite. Active Tx. Diag license. Some schools experience.  

Caseload: k-8

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments of students suspected of having learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, or other special needs.
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments in areas such as cognitive ability, academic achievement, and social-emotional functioning.
• Analyze assessment data to develop accurate and comprehensive diagnostic reports.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate educational plans.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and other school personnel regarding student needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments and interventions.
• Stay current on best practices in educational assessment and intervention.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited university.  

• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification.
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments with students in K-12 settings.
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and special education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using assessment software and data management systems.
