We are urgently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide support for a 2nd-grade male student with challenging behaviors in Burlingame, CA. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a positive impact on a child’s development.
Position Details:

• Location: Burlingame, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 6/12/2025
• Hours: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Caseload: 1:1 support for a 2nd-grade male student with behavioral challenges

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Monitor and record student progress
• Provide direct support to help the student with emotional regulation, social skills, and classroom behavior
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

Qualifications:

• Must hold Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience with students exhibiting challenging behaviors
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
