We are seeking a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our school team in Ventura, California. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be compassionate and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to students as needed
- Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene
- Observe and document changes in students' health and behavior
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals regarding students' needs and progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student care
Requirements:
- Active California CNA certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
