We are urgently seeking a Paraprofessional to support K-2 students with moderate to severe disabilities near Lexington, MA. Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these students!
Job Details:

• Location: Near Lexington, MA
• Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
• Dates: ASAP – June 20, 2025
• Pay Range: $24 - $30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students requiring intensive classroom and behavioral support.
• Provide personal care assistance, including diapering and potty training.
• Help students with communication and engagement during lessons.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities required.
• Comfort with personal care tasks.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
